Hugh & Janice Elrod

Hugh and Janice Elrod of Prairie City, Iowa have long enjoyed horses. Faith, family and horses have been at the center of their marriage for 50 years. They have 3 children, 11 grandchildren and recently added their first granddaughter.

Hugh was a high school mathematics teacher while Janice was a homemaker who later worked in a bank, gave piano lessons and had her own travel business.

Now retired, they really enjoy traveling as often as possible with BOABH. It gives them an opportunity to travel with their horses and see some really beautiful places as well as meet some interesting people.
