The Arizona Horse Council is Arizona’s Official Affiliate of the American Horse Council, Washington D.C. The organization’s mission is to protect equestrians' rights and promote the equine industry in Arizona.Organized in the 1960’s, as ASHA, the Arizona Horse Council is member supported by individuals and organizations representing owners, breeders, equine professionals, and horsemen’s associations for youth programs, recreational riding, horse events and commercial suppliers.
