in May. Tucker Saddles will have saddles on display and be here to answer questions and do saddle fittings all weekend. We will pull the winner of the Tucker Saddle give-away on Saturday. There is a full schedule of clinics by equine professionals Dave Robart, Brad Harter and Tina Romine each day.

What is Best of America by Horseback up to?
Best of America by Horseback Television Show! We will be riding and producing shows featuring beautiful riding locations around the country in 2013. We have rides lined up in Florida, Alabama, Kansas, Virginia, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Wisconsin. In August, we will cruise the Inside Passage and ride horses in Alaska. Click on the "Upcoming Events" tab to see the entire list of locations and ride dates. Each location will have it's own unique attractions and events. Leatherwood Mountains
We had a wonderful weekend at Leatherwood Mountain Resort in Ferguson, NC for our 5th Annual Fall Colors ride. The weather was great, the leaves were colorful and the staff at Leatherwood did a wonderful job planning lots of activities for the event. We enjoyed spending time with old friends and making new ones.
We are looking forward to returning in April for FREE ride for all of our Best of America by Horseback Trail Club Members. If you are a member of our trail club, there will be absolutely no ride registration fee for this ride. Call 540-829-9555 for details.
This is an email that was written to Tom shortly after the Fall Colors Ride in Leatherwood.
Dear Tom,
On behalf of my entire family, I want to thank you again for making our weekend trip to Leatherwood such a wonderful memory. I sincerely appreciate you making our granddaughter, feel so special.
It was great to meet you in person and not only learn more about “Best of America by Horseback” but to see how you lift other people so that they can believe in themselves and reach a level of success in life that maybe they never dreamed of.
Your show is such a treat for all of us who have passion for horses and people and who enjoy the beautiful and varied countryside we are so fortunate to have here in America. I am also certain that there are thousands of Americans, who for different reasons either can’t ride or who aspire to ride, who receive so much joy and therapy through your show.
I hope to have the opportunity to ride with you at a future event.
Tom, I know when I meet someone that is genuine and has that special talent to reach out and inspire others. You truly are the best of America.
