  • Experience the breathtaking views of the Badlands on horseback at Bar X Ranch near the historic town of Medora, North Dakota
  • Be part of a filmed-for-television trail ride with celebrity host, Tom Seay
  • Scenic trail rides abound with access to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Maa Daah Hey Trail, Buffalo Gap Trail, and the Little Missouri River

  • Friday
    • Check-in with Bar X Ranch & Best of America by Horseback
    • Welcome Meet & Greet: honor Lifetime Trail Club Members and discuss the filmed trail ride and other activities for the weekend with Host Tom Seay, producer Pat Seay, and the BOABH Staff 
  • Saturday 
    • Grand Opening Ceremony: presentation of the flag, singing of the National Anthem, and a blessing of the ride
    • Enjoy a filmed trail ride with Tom & Pat Seay
    • Explore more of the trails or learn something new with seminars and demos (TBA)join us for a banquet dinner with keynote speaker, Tom Seay. T-Shirts available and free autographs with Host Tom Seay. Finish the evening with live music
  • Saturday Night 
    • Banquet Dinner put on by the NDBCH to benefit North Dakota Back Country Horsemen at the Medora Community Center
    • $30 per person (18 and over)
    • $20 per person (17 and under)
  • Campsites available with electric and water or primitive
  • Limited stalls available
  • Riders fees include scheduled activities, filmed trail ride, and live music
  • $25 deposit holds your space & full balance is due before the ride
  • Trail Club Members: Just $50 due before the ride
  • NDBCH: Just $50 due before the ride

  • There are no refunds but can transfer any balance to be used on another ride up to one year.
